About
Hey, there! I’m Cass, a certified child sleep consultant
Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Family Child Development from Texas State University, my childcare journey commenced in 2013. Over the years, I've supported diverse families, addressing challenges like colic, reflux, and sensory sensitivities. Notably, sleep issues emerged as a common thread during times of heightened stress and daily demands.
Motivated to provide assistance, I earned certification from the Family Sleep Institute as a Child Sleep Consultant . Acknowledging sleep's crucial role in all phases, I also became a Certified Newborn Care Specialist through CACHE international-accredited Newborn Care Solutions, dedicated to aiding families at every stage.
Throughout my tenure as a sleep consultant and newborn care specialist, I uncovered a profound link between behavior and sleep. This realization prompted me to prioritize positive communication and language, culminating in my Certification as a Child Behavior Specialist through the Early Years program. I provide expert sleep training and sleep consulting services in Austin, Texas, Los Angeles, California, and globally. Additionally, I offer newborn night nanny and night nurse services in both Austin and Los Angeles, as well as comprehensive child behavior services in Austin, Los Angeles, and worldwide.
WHEN I’M OFF THE CLOCK
Beyond my role in assisting families, I find joy in reading at local coffee shops, swimming in Barton Springs or soaking up the sun at Malibu Beach, and exploring the world. I'm passionate about continual learning, building a community, and navigating a healthy lifestyle with a focus on something more meaningful than the elusive concept of balance.
